Introducing this limited edition Gesha coffee from The Naughty Dog roastery, a true celebration of the queen of coffee varieties. Produced by Aristobulo Rayo Mendez on his La Victoria farm in the Ortega region of Tolima, Colombia, this coffee exemplifies dedication to both quality and sustainability. Of the 47-hectare farm, only 8 hectares are dedicated to coffee cultivation, with 10 hectares preserved for environmental protection—a thoughtful balance that enhances the beauty of this offering.

From these 8 hectares, Aristobulo grows premium varietals, including Castillo, Caturra, and the sought-after Gesha. Grown at 1,830 meters above sea level and processed using the washed method, this Gesha offers a cup that is both refined and expressive. Expect vibrant acidity complemented by elegant floral notes of jasmine, with the subtle sweetness of vanilla and the delicate, aromatic body reminiscent of Earl Grey tea.
