TIMEMORE Fish Pro X Electric Kettle 900ml - Black

The Timemore Fish Pro X is the gooseneck electric kettle we recommend for filter coffee. You set the temperature to the half degree and the water stays there while you pour, so the extraction follows your recipe, not how much the water has cooled.

Stable temperature

Instead of switching the heating on and off, the Fish Pro X adjusts its power continuously and holds the temperature within ±0.5°C. Timemore rates it 10% faster to heat than the Fish Pro.

Pour control

The gooseneck spout gives you anything from a thin stream, for bypass or hitting an exact weight, to a heavy flow for quickly wetting the grounds. We recommend brew methods, not rules: it works just as well for V60, Chemex, Aeropress or tea.
