- EXPERIMENTAL Subscription from 180 lei Limited-quantity coffees, chosen monthly from the EXPERIMENTAL lineup: rare processing, controlled fermentations, and profiles that usually differ from one month to the next. 2 bags of 200 g, 500 g or 1 kg.
Independent roastery
What happens before it reaches you.
- Small batches We roast in small batches, so we can follow every profile through to the end.
- Typhoon roaster We work on a Typhoon, a convection roaster that gives us fine control over the roast curve.
- Banat, near Timișoara Independent, founder-run roastery near Timișoara.
- Tested daily at the bar The coffee is served daily at our first partner's bar.
When do we roast?
We roast weekly, every Wednesday: that's our production rhythm. For store orders we ship, when possible, coffee from already-rested stock, so it's stable to brew.
