OVRIDE Cafe
In the heart of Timișoara, the OVRIDE cafe is the roastery’s first partner — the place where our coffees are tested daily, cup after cup, before and after they reach the store.
What you’ll drink there
For espresso we always run two origins, on two grinders. The main grinder holds a balanced coffee, usually from the Core range — lower in acidity, a crowd favorite, and excellent in milk drinks. On the second one we go a bit more playful: usually a Discovery coffee, more fruit-forward, and sometimes even one from the Experimental range.
Every morning, early, we also brew Batch Brew — filter coffee made from a Discovery coffee or a dedicated blend, made just for this. Just as good as a pour-over, at a friendlier price. And if you want to explore, pour-over usually features a Discovery option or a few from the Experimental and Reserve ranges, depending on what’s available at the time.
The most loved drinks are still the milk-based ones — flat white, cappuccino, latte — with cow’s milk or a plant-based one, oat or coconut.
In summer, Cold Brew takes the spotlight. We make it as a concentrate, almost as intense as espresso, so all our cold milk drinks are built on it. That’s also why Cold Brew Tonic is one of our most requested drinks: like an espresso tonic, only rounder and more balanced.
Seasonally, other favorites show up too, like the Mont Blanc, plus a few carefully chosen cocktails — among them the Kentucky Coldbrew, a cold take on Irish Coffee with Kentucky bourbon instead of Irish whiskey, and the Negroni Imperial, made with Carpano Antica Formula vermouth.
