About this range

Discovery means single-origin lots with more expression: coffees from Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Colombia, chosen for lively acidity, floral notes and fruit. Limited editions, roasted to bring their origin forward.

We recommend them to anyone who wants to explore beyond classic balance, without losing clarity in the cup. Every lot comes with its cupping score and tasting notes on the product page.

Frequently asked questions

What does single origin mean?

Coffee from a single country, region or farm — not a blend. That's how you can taste the character of a place: Ethiopian Guji doesn't taste like Costa Rican Tarrazú. Our guides on origins explain the differences.

Are they for espresso or filter?

Check the brew recommendation on each page; floral and fruity notes usually come through best as filter, and some lots also work as espresso.

Why are they limited edition?

They're small lots from small farms; when the harvest runs out, so does the coffee. Other origins follow next season.
