We pick the coffee of the month

The EXPERIMENTAL lineup gathers controlled fermentations and unconventional processing — sometimes even polarizing — that give intense flavor notes, far from what’s considered classic coffee taste. Each month we pick the coffee from the EXPERIMENTAL stock that’s worth trying that month.

We send you two bags of the same coffee of the month. The following month might bring a different origin, a different process, and a different cup profile — that’s the whole idea of the subscription. What stays constant is the rigor with which we select the coffee and the care with which we roast it.

What you choose

• the quantity for each delivery: 2 × 200g, 2 × 500g, or 2 × 1kg
• how you pay: monthly, or in advance for 3, 6, or 12 months

What we choose

• a coffee from the EXPERIMENTAL lineup, in limited quantity
• processing that breaks the mold: long fermentations, culturing, carefully worked naturals
• a roast calibrated to that specific coffee, to bring out exactly what makes it distinctive

In the cup

Lively acidity, bold aromas, and a sweetness shaped by processing, which the roast brings out. From one month to the next you can expect different registers: sometimes fruity and floral, other times dense, with notes of fermentation and ripe fruit. These coffees shine best in filter and in modern espresso.

How it reaches you

Once a month, the chosen coffee ships to you by courier. We plan roasting ahead and send freshly roasted coffee, rested when possible. For brewing advice, see our guide to resting coffee and degassing.
