Coming from southwestern Ethiopia, the region of origin of the Gesha variety, this coffee from Gesha Farm reflects the area’s authentic character and the influence of natural processing.

Grown at 1,890 m altitude and dried on raised beds, it develops a balanced profile where the sweetness of tropical fruit blends with elegant floral notes and a round toffee finish.

The natural process amplifies the fruity expressiveness without losing clarity in the cup. It’s not an intensely fermented natural, but a clean, well-structured, and versatile one.
