About this range
CORE is the everyday coffee: steady origins from Latin America, roasted for balance, sweetness and a clean finish. Coffees that work just as well for espresso and with milk, without surprises from one week to the next.
The range also includes Popayan Decaf, a Colombian coffee decaffeinated using the sugarcane process, for anyone who wants the taste without the caffeine.

What does “stable origins” mean?
Coffees we bring back season after season, from the same regions and, when possible, the same partners, so the cup profile stays consistent. Stock is replenished at the Wednesday roast.
