About this range

Reserve is the shelf for rare lots: competition coffees, varieties like Gesha or Sidra Bourbon, special processing, very small quantities. We roast them with even more care and put them on sale when they're ready.

These are coffees for special moments or gifts — not for everyday drinking.

Frequently asked questions

What makes a coffee “competition-grade”?

Very high cupping scores, rare varieties and precise processing — lots baristas use in competitions. Our guide on competition coffee explains the criteria.

Why are they more expensive?

Small quantities, low-yield varieties (Gesha), long and controlled fermentations. You're paying for the rarity and the work behind it, not the packaging.

How long do they stay available?

Until the lot runs out — usually a few weeks. We don't keep stock “just in case”.
