Mexico Malitza is a coffee chosen for its natural balance and for the consistency it delivers in the cup. It’s the kind of coffee you never tire of — it invites a second shot, keeping the same clean, pleasant profile every time.

In espresso, it expresses itself through notes of apple, brown sugar and chocolate, supported by a medium body and a creamy texture. Thanks to this profile, Mexico Malitza is an excellent choice both for straight espresso, and for milk-based drinks. The coffee comes from smallholder producers in Mexico, from high-altitude regions with volcanic soils, and the carefully controlled processing contributes to the clarity of flavor and the stability of the profile. We roasted this lot at a medium level, aiming to protect the bean’s native character and highlight its sweetness, balance, and ease of extraction.
